Our Services:
In-Home and Community Supports (IHCS)Helping individuals acquire, maintain, and improve skills necessary to live independently and participate meaningfully in community life.
Companion Services Providing emotional support and fostering socialization opportunities at home and within the community.
In & Out of Home Respite Offering short-term relief for caregivers. Respite care can be provided in the participant's home or a host family home, with options ranging from a few hours to several days.
Behavioral Support Services Targeted interventions to help individuals develop lifelong skills, increase independence, and strengthen participation in natural support systems.
Transportation via Uber Ensuring access to reliable, safe transportation to navigate the community and attend essential activities.
